INDICATIONS: Chronic allergies, sinus congestion, tension headache. Also may be used at bedtime for insomnia + before yoga pranayam practice for steady dharana (concentration).
SUGGESTED USES: For best results, rinse nasal passages first with warm water and a little salt using a NETI POT. Next, recline so you are able to tilt head back, and apply 5 drops per nostril. Inhale deeply 3 times per side. Remain reclined for a few minutes before standing up. It is common to taste the oil.
BENEFITS: This formula is antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic.
